Terms and Conditions

By choosing Skedaddle, you are giving consent to service provider to preform adequate and service to customer. Once service is performed, customer will be given a copy of the invoice showing any work performed. It is our pleasure to serve and bring convenience to you.


Details of conditions are as follows:

  • If customer has already scheduled appointment and would like to reschedule or cancel, the customer must do so within 8 hours of appointment, or no refund will be given.
  • If vehicle is being serviced in gated community or workplace facility, it is highly recommended to inform Skedaddle and, if possible, provide clearance code for technician. 
  • When technician arrives, customer has 15 minutes to acknowledge arrival and have provided key for technician to use in order to perform service. If customer fails to do as instructed in the previous sentence of directions, technician is allowed to continue on to next appointment. Customer then will have to reschedule service appointment in order to retain deposit.
  • Skedaddle reserves the right to halt or cancel service if customer is showing erratic & hostile, or unlawful behavior towards technician until supervisor and if needed, authorities have arrived.
  • Customer is recommended to show proof of any oil manufacturer or Skedaddle coupons that are not expired to received discounted service.
  • Customer shall notify technician of any preexisting cosmetic damages to vehicle prior to technician entering vehicle.
  • Skedaddle is not responsible for any preexisting conditions of car that may attribute to the unsafe operation of vehicle being serviced.
  • All belongings are highly recommended to be removed or concealed in vehicle to prevent theft prior to and after technician has performed service to vehicle.

Guarantee & Refund Policy

Skedaddle offers refunds and immediate service if problem with vehicle occurs within timeframe of initial service. Customer can call or send message to Skedaddle through the 'Contact Us' tab to explain issue thoroughly to determine if vehicle qualifies for service or refund. If vehicle qualifies, 

an immediate appointment will be set, and inspection will be performed to diagnose and determine best method of repair.


Customer must meet these requirements in order to receive re-service or refund:

  • MUST be within 14 days of initial service
  • MUST not have existing damages to engine or oil pan
  • MUST be bring vehicle, license, & registration 
  • Problem MUST be pertaining to drivetrain issues directly related to oil service.
